Hello everyone! Picture Day for the Upper Township Cheer and Football is here, and we’re excited to photograph your athletes! 

Here’s everything you need to know:

SCHEDULE FOR CHEERLEADING
📍 Cheer photos will be taken at the UT Community Center📍
Tuesday, September 8 - JV at 4:30pm, Peewee at 6:00pm
Thursday, September 10 - Varsity at 4:30pm, Taxi at 5:30pm


SCHEDULE FOR FOOTBALL
📍 Football, Sibling, and Makeup Photos will be taken in the Ready Room at Caldwell Park📍
Final team schedule will be sent out before Picture Day

We try our best to stay on schedule, so if you are not planning on ordering photos this season, please come anyway so your athlete can be included in the team photo.  Please email tim@devineimageworks.com ahead of time - be sure to include your athlete's name/names - or tell the photographer you are only here for the team photo.  NO INDIVIDUAL POSES WILL BE TAKEN FOR YOUR CHILD, but they will still be photographed to be included in the team photo.

Having a complete team photo is important for your teammates, sponsors, and league officials.  Telling the photographer you will not be ordering any photos helps save everyone's time and keeps the line moving.  

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS READY (PROPERLY DRESSED, HAIR STRAIGHTENED, ETC.) BEFORE IT IS THEIR TURN!

✅ IMPORTANT INFO

  • No order forms – everything is online.
  • Each athlete receives a private gallery with a unique access code.  
  • When your photos are ready, you'll receive an email and/or text with your link.
  • The team photo is a composite, so players do not need to wait after their pictures are taken.
  • Orders are shipped directly to your home.
  • To help keep lines moving, please have your athlete camera-ready (uniform neat, hair fixed, and gear in hand).
  • Please bring your equipment (such as bats or hockey sticks).  Balls for sports like soccer or basketball will be provided.
  • Siblings can be photographed together - there is no need to attend twice! If you want a sibling photo only (no individuals), just let the photographer know.
  • 💰 Limited-time discounts or special offers may be provided when your photos go live.
  • 📧 If you received this email, your contact info is already on file with Devine Imageworks, and you’ll automatically be notified when your athlete’s photos are ready to view and order.
  • NO PERSONAL OR CELL PHONE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ARE PERMITTED.  YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE AREA IF SEEN USING A CELL PHONE TO TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING YOUR CHILD'S PICTURE SESSION.
