FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Is payment required on photo day? I didn’t get an order form!
  No! Devine Imageworks uses a state-of-the-art online proofing & ordering system so you can see your images, make your selections, and order your products right from your computer, tablet, or phone. No paperwork is needed on picture day and there are no order forms to fill out. Your order is even delivered right to your house!

• I lost (or don’t have) my access code!

  Not a problem! Please contact tim@devineimageworks.com for assistance. You can also look it up by CLICKING HERE.

• May I share my access code with other family members?

  You are free to share your code with anyone you wish! This is a great way for grandparents, godparents, etc. to see your kid’s photos!

• Can we order more prints after our orders are delivered?
  Of course. Email (tim@devineimageworks.com) or call 609-338-9717. Original files are retained for at least 6 months.

• What methods of payment are available?
  When ordering online, the online payment method is bank cards (processed through Stripe). If paying in person, cards, checks, and cash are accepted. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 insufficient fund fee.

• If I miss photo day – can I still be in the team photo?
  Makeups will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur a $25 per athlete make-up fee in addition to the cost of your order.  Sessions must be scheduled within 5 business days after your missed photo day. Please make every attempt to make your scheduled day and time slot.

• How soon will I receive my order?
  All orders are manually revised and processed by Devine Imageworks to ensure that color, cropping, density, sharpness, and other qualities receive a professional & personal touch before your images are released to our integrated third-party professional print labs for production, or before digital download links are released to the customer. Please allow up to 4 weeks for orders to be produced (whether physical or digital) and released by Devine Imageworks. Please note that digital image purchases are not instant downloads.

• Can I view my images first to decide on the best pose?
  YES! Devine Imageworks uses a state-of-the-art online proofing/ ordering system so you can see your images, make your selections, and order your products right from your home computer, tablet, or phone.

• My order is incomplete – now what?
  Please email tim@devineimageworks.com if your order has missing or damaged items.

• I don’t plan on ordering anything. Does my kid still need to go to picture day and why?
  Even if you don’t plan on ordering any photos, your athlete should still go to picture day so they can be included in the team photo. Simply tell the photographer that you are only there for the team photo and we will handle that accordingly. There is nothing worse than giving a sponsor a thank-you picture with half of the kids missing.

• What can I do to make picture day go quicker?
  Please make sure your athlete is looking their very best BEFORE it is their time on-set. This includes making sure their hair looks great, uniforms look sharp, and all needed equipment is ready to go while you are waiting for your turn instead of waiting until your athlete is on-set and then fixing their hair and uniforms. Also, please do not coach your kids while they are on set (telling them to smile, trying to make them laugh, etc.) because they will be looking at you and not concentrating on the photographer. Devine Imageworks photographs thousands of kids per year and has many years of experience. These little things can help save time which begins to add up throughout the picture sessions.

• Can I take a photo with my own camera or cell phone?

  Personal photography is not permitted during the athlete’s photo session. Devine Imageworks has been entrusted to make your athlete look his or her very best - taking your photos during the session is a sure way to distract your child and it also disrupts the rapport between the subject & photographer. It also adds time to each session which makes it difficult to stay on schedule. If this becomes a distraction, you may be asked to leave the picture area if you are using a cell phone while the photographer is working. Please respect our professionals’ time and talent and maintain this simple courtesy.

• Can I get photos of my kids together?

  If you only want your kids posed together (and do not want individuals), please tell the photographer. If you want your kids together in the photo, they must pose together in the photo. Due to time constraints, kids cannot be posed (Photoshopped) together after the photos are taken.
