Hello everyone! Picture Day for the Mays Landing Lakers Football Teams is Monday, 9/28, and Wednesday, 9/30, and we’re excited to photograph your athletes! 

Here’s everything you need to know:

📍 Pictures will be taken upstairs in the football building at Underhill Park📍

SCHEDULE FOR MONDAY, September 28
6u - 530pm
8u - 630pm
10u - 730pm

SCHEDULE FOR WEDNESDAY, September 30
12u - 530pm
14u - 630pm

Sibling photos will be taken at the end of the respective team’s session.  This keeps wait times to a minimum for everyone and keeps the lines moving as quickly as possible.

PHOTOS ARE TAKEN IN FULL PADS.  PLAYERS SHOULD WEAR EITHER BLACK, WHITE, OR RED UNDERSHIRTS. 

We try our best to stay on schedule, so if you are not planning on ordering photos this season, please come anyway so your athlete can be included in the team photo.  Please email tim@devineimageworks.com ahead of time - be sure to include your athlete's name(s - or tell the photographer you are only here for the team photo.  NO INDIVIDUAL POSES WILL BE TAKEN FOR YOUR CHILD, but they will still be photographed to be included in the team photo.

Having a complete team photo is important for your teammates, sponsors, and league officials.  

 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS READY (PROPERLY DRESSED, SHIRTS TUCKED, HAIR STRAIGHTENED, ETC.) BEFORE IT IS THEIR TURN!

✅ IMPORTANT INFO ✅

  • MAKE UP POLICY: A $25 makeup fee per person applies to anyone photographed after the organization’s scheduled picture day.  Anyone photographed after the team photo has been produced will not be added to or included in the team photo.  See the full Makeup Policy at devineimageworks.com/policies.
  • No order forms – everything is online.  You do not need to bring any money with you to picture day.
  • Each athlete receives a private gallery with a unique access code.  
  • When your photos are ready, you'll receive an email and/or text with your link.
  • The team photo is a composite, so players do not need to wait after their pictures are taken.
  • Orders are shipped directly to your home.
  • To help keep lines moving, please have your athlete camera-ready (uniform neat, hair fixed, and gear in hand).
  • Please bring your equipment (such as bats or hockey sticks).  Balls for sports like soccer or basketball will be provided.
  • Siblings can come at the same time, regardless of what team they are on - there is no need to attend twice! 
  • If you want a sibling photo only (no individuals), just let the photographer know.  Siblings must be photographed together - they cannot be composited together afterward.
  • 💰 Limited-time discounts or special offers may be provided when your photos go live.
  • 📧 If you received this email, your contact info is already on file with Devine Imageworks, and you’ll automatically be notified when your athlete’s photos are ready to view and order.
  • NO PERSONAL OR CELL PHONE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ARE PERMITTED.  YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE AREA IF SEEN TAKING PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING YOUR CHILD'S PICTURE SESSION.
